These Terms govern access to NeoCryptix services, including account access, trading, P2P and wallet operations.
1. Eligibility, Capacity and Jurisdiction
You may use the platform only if you are legally capable, of required age in your jurisdiction, and not restricted by sanctions or local prohibitions. Access to specific products may be unavailable in certain territories.
2. Account Registration and Verification
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We may request identity, source-of-funds or residency details before enabling specific operations or higher limits.
3. Security and Credential Management
You are responsible for password hygiene, device security, and access controls. Any operation initiated from your account is treated as authorized unless reported under the incident process.
4. Product Scope and Operational Availability
The platform may provide spot, convert, P2P and custody-related interfaces. We may modify, pause or discontinue product modules, symbols or features without prior notice where operational or compliance needs require it.
5. Orders, Execution and Settlement
Order execution is subject to market depth, latency, matching priority and technical availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted execution quality during market stress, maintenance or third-party disruptions.
6. Fees, Limits and Balance Treatment
Trading fees, withdrawal fees, network fees and service limits may change. You are responsible for reviewing effective fees and limits before placing an order or initiating a transfer.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in market abuse, wash trading, manipulation, fraud, account takeover attempts, sanctions evasion, unlawful financing, unauthorized automation or any activity that violates applicable law.
8. Suspension, Restriction and Termination
We may block, delay, freeze, restrict or terminate account access where we detect security concerns, legal risk, compliance triggers, suspicious behavior or unresolved verification obligations.
9. Liability and Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime. You agree to indemnify the platform for losses caused by your breach, misuse or unlawful activity.
10. Governing Rules and Updates
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued platform use after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
